"Terrible service is starting to catch up to this agent. I had several issues with this office and they were running around with 5 stars for a while. Which really irritated me. There were many mistakes with my policy and there is a lack of cohesian of communication between agent to agent regarding the changes I needed for my policy. And if you're not paying early or on time every month then they just treat you like crap and write you off. Summer was decent. I reached out to Dave Clarkson before I quit coverage with State Farm and he ignored my email and never responded. I will never got back to State Farm again. At one point State Farm was the best insurance out there. Now they collect money monthly and if you have a claim then you're up a creek. You pay an arm and a leg and when you need file a claim. They could care less. State Farm in Tucson is no good. Keep looking if you're shopping. I don't care if it's been some time since I had policies there. That office performs like a 2.5 stars out of 5. I had nothing but problems there. And me switching to a new agent isn't a good look for you guys. Summer helped me but the rest, thumbs down. You turned into real creeps at the end."

"I wasn’t sure how to navigate a claim and called sort of expecting just to get routed to the 1-800 number but Gwen took charge and took care of the whole process for me. Did most of the work in the background and called me saying she’ll have the repair shop reach out the next day. Honestly didn’t believe service like this still existed and they had the lowest rate for car. Amazing"
